Our school is dedicated to the Montessori philosophy and method of education which cultivates and nurtures the inner activities of the child and prepares him for life.
Our approach stresses respect for the child freedom of expression self-education and training through movement and the senses. In a beautiful and calm environment and under the gentle guidance of teachers the childs spontaneous development of his physical mental and spiritual personality is nurtured.
The name Effica is derived from the word efficacious which means having the ability within to accomplish.
Guided by this inner belief children undertake and pursue various activities for the mere joy of accomplishing them. This joy of accomplishment or efficacy is apparent on his beaming face when the child declares I can do it all by myself!
According to Dr. Montessori the child is the father of the man. As the child begins to develop his inner self his love of life and learning expands continuously.
