YMCA Daycare of Corry

Our well-trained staff is our greatest asset. Our child care providers are well educated carefully selected and the YMCA performs detailed background checks on all child care staff. YMCA child care programs are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare and meet or exceed state standards by achieving a Keystone Stars (STAR 2) Rating. Our staff demonstrates a commitment to working together and sharing skills to promote a child’s development.
Our staff strive to provide children with an atmosphere of warmth security and continuity. The YMCA provides staff with training in First Aid CPR communicable diseases recognizing and reporting child abuse child development and developmentally appropriate practices. We also offer staff additional training to promote professional development though the YMCA of the USA. Not only do the children in our program grow – but our staff do too!
