Easter Seals UCP Irwin & Carol Belk Development Center

Easter Seals UCP operates nine inclusive children’s centers throughout North Carolina. Each center provides age-appropriate educational activities and childcare. Most centers provide specialized services including speech, occupational and physical therapies. Easter Seals UCP’s children’s centers support children with and without disabilities; children without disabilities make up about 50% of each center’s enrollment. The centers serve children on a 12-month basis and prepare them for entry into the public school system. Several of the centers operate More at Four classrooms for eligible children.
