*An Emphasis on Learning: Child’s play is serious work! Our staff uses the Pinnacle curriculum which incorporates learning about our world and community with learning about the Christian faith. Even more important we incorporate learning into all activities constantly encouraging children to pursue their own curiosity.
*Top-notch Facility: The new facility designed for Child Care use was opened in October 1999. We believe it to be one of the best-planned Child Care facilities in the area.
*New but Experienced: The Child Care Center is an integral part of the ministry of Old River Terrace United Methodist Church which has been part of the *Channelview community since 1938. Director Jo Ann Hough brings with her 25 years of experience as an owner-operator of a child care center as well as extensive experience in personnel and office management.
