P.S. 84 A Magnet School for the Visual Arts envisions our students becoming lifelong learners. Therefore our mission is to create a child-centered community in a safe nurturing environment where all children are respected and in turn respect the diverse community of which they are a part.

Through a well-rounded standards-based instructional program with teachers and parents working as a team with the community assisting with their talents and resources we strive to meet the social emotional and educational needs of all our students.
