Philip H. Michaels Child Care Center Inc. has been committed to offing excellent academic and social program since it was founded in 1955. PHMCCC provides multicultural education social recreational and a nutritional program to children between the ages 2.0 years old to 12 years old. Our mission is to educate the children using developmentally appropriate curriculum using innovative hands-on materials which builds around individual needs ideas and interests of the children.

Our Preschool and Kindergarten program is licensed by the Dept. of Health to serve children ages 2 to 6 years old. We also have Universal Pre-K program funded by the NYC Board of Education for 2 1/2 hours a day which can be extended to a full day based on eligibility.

Our school-age program is located at Philip H. Michaels child Development Center. The hours of operation are Monday through Fridays 2:30 PM – 6PM. e are open full day (8AM-6PM) on legal holidays and summer vacation. The program services children from the ages of 6 years old to twelve years old.
