The mission of Primavera Montessori School is to provide a learning community environment where the spirit of the whole child is nurtured and celebrated. Our school has a powerful foundation of Dr. Maria Montessoris philosophy of education. We are dedicated to a climate that honors the learning styles temperaments and multiple intelligences of all children. To attend to the heart of the child we provide a very strong emotional IQ curriculum taught and modeled by an excellently trained and skilled team.
Incorporated into our philosophy is a commitment to the further development of Peace Education. We desire to create a school community supportive of the family that models health mutual respect creativity cooperation and diversity: a multi-dimensional approach toward the science of peace.
We are clear that our children are our most precious resource in creating a peaceful and productive future. Our mission is to empower every childs creative and joyous spirit and to guide him or her toward a lasting love of learning and a true experience of a loving and supportive community.

Our educational philosophy recognizes the learning styles temperaments and multiple intelligences of all children and emphasizes peace education. Integral to all of our programs is a focus on physical development and outdoor education. The large outdoor spaces on our campuses allow our guides to incorporate gross motor movement into the childrens daily activities and provide ample space for our gardening program. Specialized playgrounds gardens and outdoor courtyards which are geared appropriately to the ages of our children are located adjacent to the toddler primary and elementary classrooms.
Primavera Montessori School currently houses eight classrooms on three large campuses providing a nurturing and supportive learning environment for children ranging from toddlers through the fourth grade. Next year we will expand our educational curriculum to educate children through the fifth grade.
