Montessori School of the Epiphany

Montessori School of the Epiphany is a 501©3 non-profit school founded in 1993. Our permanent facility is less than a mile from the intersection of Highway 71 West and RR 620 in the Village of Bee Cave.
Co-founders Annie Spade and Glenda Sue Camp continue to serve as Teacher-Directors of the school today.
Ms. Spade and Ms. Camp are AMI-trained Montessorians with over 50 years of combined experience working with young children.
We are dedicated to Dr. Maria Montessoris vision of nurturing the unique personality and potential of every child in our care. Montessori articulated this vision at the opening of her first Childrens House on the Feast of the Epiphany in 1907.
Our classrooms are fully furnished with certified high quality materials. Our dynamic environment feeds the young childs urge to learn and supports growing independence. Located in a spacious stone house on over seven acres of land the school is a peaceful and welcoming place for young children.
We are a small school with a close community of parents that support one another in providing a gentle healthy start for their young ones.
Our school is filled with over-sized bright windows and has a unique play area where the children enjoy real encounters with the natural world.
The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is offered as an extra-curricular program once a week in a separate Atrium room.
