Miss Julie's Learning Center

The mission of our child development center is to provide a safe nurturing loving and enriching environment in which children can grow and discover through play and through developmentally appropriate activities. When children are involved with and guided in developmentally appropriate activities they can achieve a greater feeling of success which bolsters their self esteem and encourages them to further explore their world. Through engaging in activities with other children and loving accepting adults each child can learn to treat everyone in a positive and respectful manner and begin to understand how to live within a society. Unlike larger more commercial centers Miss Julie’s has small class sizes no classes with 20 or more children in fact the largest class has only 13 spaces. Fewer children means plenty of space for each child to spread out and learn. You will be amazed when you see small groups of children quietly working together. When there are fewer children there are fewer behavioral issues and plenty of supervision so each child can achieve his/her best work.
