I am a stay at home mom of a well-behaved 2 1/2 year old boy. I worked in daycare centers and have nanny experience. I like to provide a nurturing learning environment. I have a routine which I like to follow for toddlers & up. Infants to about 18 months old I like to follow the parents schedule. My schedule is something like this:
7-830 Breakfast
930-a.m. snack
10-1030 outside
(weather permitting)
1030-1130 play
1130-12 clean-up
12-1 lunch
1-3 nap/rest period
3-330 p.m. snack
330-4 outside
4-6 play
*Play time consists of art/sensory, blocks, puzzles, imaginary play

*Diapers are changed every 2 hours or as needed. Potty training can begin when readiness of the child, not before age 2 though.

*Snacks and lunch are healthy and nutritious. For infants or special diets bring own lunch, bottles, bibs.
