Children's Academy of Northlake

At Childrens Academy we are dedicated to providing quality care and education in a secure and supportive environment.. Our programs encourage a balance of physical, social, psychological, and intellectual development. Our Educators are given freedom to draw from their many different backgrounds and curricula to create a varied and rich experience for the children. Influences can range from the Traditional to Creative Curriculum to Montessori. We use centers within each classroom, along with large and small group focus activities. We seek a balance of child-directed activities and educator-guided experiences.

We believe that open communication and a team approach between parent and school are the keys to meeting the individual needs of each child. Parents are encouraged to share their perspectives and concerns, and to develop a close relationship with their childs caregivers & educators. By staying mutually committed to doing what is best for each child, as well as how each one fits into the group as a whole, we can work together to ensure a positive experience and sense of well-being for the children and the families.
