Our mission is to provide the opportunities necessary for our students to have fun and make the most of their skills in a safe and secure environment. at RHCC we believe that the preschool years are the most impressionable time in a childs life therefore it is important to use this developmental period or(STAGE) as the foundation that will help them to succeed in later school years and throughout their lives. Our curriculum is designed to stimulate healthy growth in all areas of a childs development. RHCC is family owned and operated and is open 51weeks a year from 7am -6:30pm and prides itself in providing quality services.
