Spokane Valley Baptist Church - Noahs Ark

At Spokane Valley Baptist we believe that the littlest ones of our church family are an integral part of who we are. We make them a part of our church life and allow others to know the blessings that they are and that they hold in their hands and in their faith lives the future of Gods kingdom and as well as our church.

Sunday Mornings:

Sunday school is available for preschool (age 4) through 5th grade.

Children ages 4-8 years of age are invited forward during worship, prayed for and then are dismissed to their own worship time at junior church. There is no junior church on communion Sunday (first Sunday of each month) when the children remain in worship with their parents.

Wednesday evenings:

Children in grades Kindergarten (or age 5) through 5th grade meet together downstairs after dinner on Wednesday evenings from 6:45-7:30. There is lesson time, but also fun and games as the children spend time together in a social atmosphere.

Other children related activities include performing with our choir for a Christmas cantata; on occasion performing during worship songs they have learned in junior church; Easter egg hunt; Vacation Bible School; participating in fundraising opportunities with our Mission Department.

Nursery is available Sunday mornings from 9:00 a.m. until 12 noon (ages newborn through 3 years) and Wednesday evenings from 6:45-7:30 (ages newborns through 4 years)
