Horizon is a community of talented, caring individuals committed to creating a nurturing, dynamic environment designed to foster a childs curiosity while fully addressing his or her needs. Horizon is licensed by the state of Maryland and provides before and aftercare at Burnt Mills Elementary for children in kindergarten through 5th grade. The Program Director, Amy Longcor, has a degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland and over 15 years of childcare experience. Horizons program at Rolling Terrace opened in 1988 and it has been happily serving the community ever since.
