EBCS is an important part of the ministries of First Baptist Church of East Bay. It is the purpose of EBCS to provide a sound academic education based on Gods Word; provide a Godly environment; respect the teachings of God-fearing parents; present the Bible as mans guide for salvation and moral conduct; and instill loyalty to our country. We make no apology for the strong Christian stand which East Bay Christian School takes nor for the efforts to help students live a life pleasing to the Lord. Our goal is not to reform but to train children. Our Christian school desires to be an extension of the home by helping parents to train up a child in the way he should go.

Our objective for the ministry of EBCS is found in Deuteronomy 6:5-7 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart and with all thy soul and with all thy might. And these words which I command thee this day shall be in thine heart. And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children The school staff works closely with parents to train the whole child to become a well educated citizen morally founded in Christian principles.
