students will be proficient in all academic areas. Our strong emphasis on college readiness brings together a culture of universal achievement and exceptional
systems. A culture of universal achievement is built through the following beliefs: 1.) Each child is capable of being proficient in all academic areas, 2.) There is an
intense, impatient, obsession about the accomplishment of each student, 3.) Our school can neutralize the challenges that students bring to school, 4.) The staff
and principal value the concept of maverick leadership, 5.) Academic results is the number one goal of the school, and 6.) There are No Excuses for poor effort.
