Community Day Care Center

The Centers Missions is to offer quality child care to children whom we serve. We strive to maintain a program where children and families from all religious racial and ethnic backgrounds will find an environment that embraces their similarities and differences. Our goal is to give children a variety of experiences which will help them to develop their mental physical social emotional as well as their spiritual potential. We offer a play based atmosphere where children learn best through their daily experiences. We think children learn best in an informal setting where we guide the children in their play. We follow the Creative Curriculum and use the Foundations to the Indiana Academic Standards for Young Children from Birth to Age 5 which align with the Indiana Kindergarten Standards to show how children learn through play. We believe in using a guidance approach to discipline children. Our staff uses techniques that will help children to take responsibility for their actions.
