YW-CAre is a licensed childcare program providing education and recreation activities for pre-K through 5th-grade children. The mission of the YW-CAre programs is to engage youth in activities that promote personal responsibility and positive life choices while providing working parents a safe affordable alternative to leaving children home alone.
YW-CAre operates each afternoon during the school year at more than 30 neighborhood elementary schools serving up to 1000 children daily. Children may enroll at anytime during the school year. Financial assistance is available to income-eligible families.
