P.S. 78Q works in collaboration with Teachers College Reading and Writing Project. Staff Developers visit the school throughout the year to work with our staff and students. Our Literacy Program consists of Reading Workshop Writing Workshop Word Study and Read Aloud. This facility is authorized to administer over-the-counter topical ointments only
