The mission of the Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) is to create succesSFul, lifelong learners by providing developmentally appropriate early childhood education and support services. ECLC programs and staff strive to assist children in all aspects of learning and development. We recognize families as valued partners in the educational process and offer many opportunities for family involvement.
