The PAL, licensed by the State of New Jersey, Department of Human Services, as a child care provider, was selected by the Howell Township School District and Board of Education to provide before school and after school child care within District schools beginning with the 2009-2010 academic year. Serving over 300 students from every school in this Kindergarten through Eighth Grade District, the before school and after school program provides supervised child care, homework help, recreation, arts and crafts activities, educational themes and projects. Viewed as a great success by principals, teachers, parents and students the PAL is now accepting registrations for the 2011-2012 school year.
