The HAC seeks to serve all children in the community regardless of age sex culture background language and economic status believing that all children deserve quality child care and an environment that promotes learning and academic success. The HAC works to provide a happy safe healthy and educationally stimulating environment for all participants. We strive to assist newcomers to make a smooth transition from home to daycare so that daycare is a place that to which the child looks forward to coming. A successful daycare experience will help to provide children with social and other skills that will be carried with them over a lifetime.
Recognizing that parents play a central role in a childs success we promote active and on-going communication with parents. We encourage parents to come visit their children while they are in care to ask questions about their childs progress and to share their ideas so as to enhance their childs experience. Age appropriate curriculums are used and available for review upon request.
