Delta Child Development Center

The East Saint Louis Alumnae Chapter was chartered by 14 visionary women in 1942. We have grown from that number to 191. We serve a community of over 32,000 people and most recently we opened the Delta Child Development Center in the South End area of the city. Through our Economic Development efforts and Educational component we have opened, managed and employed numerous members of the community as we provide daycare services to the socio-economically disadvantaged as well as many others in the community.
