University Child Care

University Children’s Center is located near Colorado Boulevard on the corner of Dahlia and 9th Street. Accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, University Children’s Center is a year-round program open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. As an employer-sponsored facility, priority is given to families who are affiliated with the Health Sciences Center. However, we are also open to the general public. We provide excellent care and education for children ages 6 weeks through 6 years. Healthful morning and afternoon snacks that include fresh fruit and vegetables are provided daily. The Center has six classrooms, three play yards, and one outdoor garden area. University Children’s Center is protected by University Health Science Center’s Security Department and has its own security system for entrance to the building.
