Allegany College Child Care

For the convenience of students and staff, Allegany College of Maryland offers childcare in a special facility located in room CC-12 of the College Center Building. Campus Kids is licensed through the Maryland Department of Human Resources, Office of Child Care Licensing and Regulation. A professional staff, assisted by College work-study aides, conducts a program of structured activities designed to nurture the physical and mental growth of children.

Eligibility: Children three through six years of age and toilet-trained are eligible to use the Center. The licensed capacity of the Center is 20 children (at any one time), and registration priority is given to children of Allegany College of Maryland students.

Hours of Operation: The Center is open on days that credit classes are in session. Hours of the Center are 7:50 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Fees: The fee for children of Allegany College of Maryland students (credit and non-credit) is $1.75 per hour, per child.
