Students’ learning needs will be the focus of all decisions impacting the work of the school. Teachers, administrators, parents, students and the community share the responsibility for advancing the mission of Bailey Middle School. A safe comfortable environment promotes student learning. International/cultural and economic diversity increases students’ understanding of different people and their value. All students will learn provided the appropriate instruction and resources. Student diversity and talents will be identified, valued, nurtured and celebrated. Through communication, parents, teachers and students together will work as a TEAM to ensure students success A child’s character development is enhanced by positive relationships and mutual respect between staff and students.
