Highland Elementary School a beautiful climate-controlled building built in 2000 is located in Lower Allen Township. We have a student population of approximately 450. Our dedicated teaching staff educates students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Both professional and support staffs continue to strengthen their instructional skills by attending in-service training. Our primary focus for staff development during the 2010-2011 school year will continue to be Learning-Focused Schools as well as implementing the new Language Arts curriculum.
