Participants develop motor skills and body placement awareness as well as a foundation for basic gymnastics skills. Students gain flexibility balance and rhythm. Attention span listening skills & following directions are developed as youngsters are challenged in both mind and body. Advanced classes are offered at this age dependent upon skill level and maturity.
