Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion

The Ashburn Village Sports Pavilions After School Activities Program (ASAP) is licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services, and serves AVSP resident members from Ashburn Elementary, Dominion Trail Elementary, and Farmwell Station Middle Schools. Students enjoy supervised free play, homework time, arts and crafts, sports and games, and weekly swimming and movies.
The ASAP bus picks up students at Dominion Trail Elementary and Ashburn Elementary Schools and takes them to the Sports Pavilion. Students from Farmwell Station Middle School ride on a Loudoun County School bus to a nearby bus stop. If your child attends another school, you are responsible for providing transportation to the Pavilion.

If the program is full, you will be added to a waiting list and contacted as soon as there is an opening. Registration is not on a drop-in basis. All participants must complete a registration packet and provide a copy of a school physical examination before being accepted into the program.
