Hello dear parent!

My name is Zhibek ( i go by Iris, if that’s easier for you) , and I am seeking a new babysitting opportunity with a great family. I am patient, caring, and giving person. I came to America as a high school exchange student, where I lived in a wonderful host family with 3 children age 1, 11, 13. My host mom would occasionally leave me with her 1 y.o, knowing I would take a good care of her. As someone who was born in Central Asia, having a big family full of children, looking after kids comes naturally to me. During my exchange year, I volunteered as a math tutor to a 9th grader. (I think this is where my patience, and empathy come from)
I love spending time with kids as efficiently as I can. We could spend time reading books, learning new language (I speak fluent Russian), paint, do puzzles/legos, work on homework, etc. (depending on the age, and personal interest of a child)

In my free time, I enjoy going to the library, and burying myself in books. I love nature, so anything that involves walking, climbing, sign me in!

I am currently taking a program management course, 5 days a week. If you are looking for someone to watch your baby on weekends, I am here for you!
