Im Shantal and Im 21 .I was born in New York but my family comes from Peru. My first job was in a daycare taking care of children 3-7 I
My job is to support them in their homework , participate activities with them and read them books practice word sounds, kids will draw their favorite place or what they like to do as a hobby . Then , I became a Group leader for the ages 13-17 and it took me patience, at the same time support and understand them, always want to become their friend and respect you . Im responsible with my job schedule . If an emergency happen I will always reach first the parent or guardian . Im really open to get to know every child and their personalities I enjoy working with children no matter the age. If you need me to take care overnight works for me .
