My name is Nikki DAnnunzio and I am a 24-year old educator with over three years of teaching and supporting K-12 children and children-adults with disabilities.
I am seeking a part-to-full time partnership with a family from Westchester or Southern Putnam County. I am available to start immediately!

Services:

I offer babysitting services, pick up/drop off transportation (willing to stay & wait).
I offer tutoring services as well.
I offer a combination of the two, as well as light housekeeping/errand services (cleaning up around the house, organizing, laundry, running errands, cooking/ meal prepping, summer homework help, etc).
I am comfortable around animals, and can offer pet/dog walking services as well.

Experiences:

I have K-12 tutoring experience, middle school teaching experience, high school teaching experience, Pre-K (summer) teaching experience, assistant teacher experience, Instructional Assistant and Community Habilitation experience (aiding and mentoring persons with disabilities). I have also substituted for most grades.
I can provide references upon request!

Scheduling:

I am flexible with hours but prefer to communicate availability/hours in advance if possible (i.e. at least a week or, at the very last minute, a day or two). I also have advance dates blocked out (ex. July 26th – July 31st) due to family/other responsibilities.
Skills and Qualifications.
I am very detail oriented. I enjoy creating fun, engaging experiences (but I also take my work and academic endeavors very seriously!)
I am especially proficient in ELA teaching and tutoring.
I drive, have car insurance, and have a clean driving record.
I have some experience with cooking, baking, and meal prep.
I am vaccinated and a non-smoker.

As I have mentioned above, I am an ELA teacher who enjoys reading! I am quite enthusiastic and energetic. I am comfortable with pets, and I own a cat of my own! I enjoy art and sports. I love making new memories and creating new adventures with the people I work with!
