Hey! Im Asher, a college student at UMass Amherst. I live in Westfield NJ, but I worked at Cesar-Kai Karate (Cranford) for almost five years, teaching martial arts to ages 3-18 in classes that had up to 20 students at a time! Ive also taught private 1 on 1 classes, hosted birthday parties, nerf gun parties (I was the target) and Ive baby-sat for some of the parents I got to know as well. As a second degree black belt, one of my favorite ways to practice martial arts is to teach it!
In addition to martial arts, I love music (piano and drums are my main instruments), video games and board games, language learning, and computers / technology. In school I am pursuing a bachelors degree in Data Science with a minor in Computer Science through the UMass Honors program. I love to learn!

At home I have two dogs, a younger brother and an older sister, and we all get along great (99% of the time). Ive had Type One Diabetes for 12 years so I am completely trained on this condition, and can provide care for children with this or adjacent disabilities.

I have my own car, and a clean driving record. Id be more than happy to pick up, drop off, participate in activities, or tutor!

I am currently working at LifeTime Fitness in Berkeley Heights this summer for four days a week, but my schedule absolutely has wiggle room!
