Hello, my name is Sydnay Hakeos. I graduated from Franklin University in 2022 with my Bachelor’s in Business Administration. I now work at Gentle Family Dental Care as an Insurance Coordinator. I hold a CPR certification spanning from adult to infant.

My journey in childcare began with babysitting neighbor children, and I’ve dedicated over 200 volunteering hours at Camp Michindoh and at the Head Start Program, where I had the opportunity to engage with children from diverse backgrounds. Whether leading activities, providing mentorship, or simply lending a listening ear, I found immense fulfillment in making a positive impact on the lives of young campers.

My dedication to childcare extends beyond volunteering. I have a year-long tenure as an Infant Teacher at a daycare facility. In this role, I had the privilege of shaping the early developmental experiences of infants, creating nurturing environments conducive to their growth and well-being.

Building upon this foundational experience, I transitioned into a full-time nanny position, where I provided personalized care for a 10-month-old child. This role demanded not only attentive childcare but also a deep understanding of the child’s unique needs and developmental milestones through engaging activities and educational play.

My goal is not only to provide exceptional care for children but also to inspire and empower them to reach their full potential in a nurturing and supportive environment.
