Hello! My name Brittney McKnight and Im a 21-year-old with a deep passion for working with children. Growing up, I was surrounded by kids in a daycare environment, which naturally led me to start helping out with the younger ones. This early experience sparked my love for nurturing and supporting children as they grow and develop.

Ive had the opportunity to work with children in various settings. I spent time in a group home where I cared for a child on the spectrum, learning the importance of patience, understanding, and tailored care. I also worked at a youth center, leading activities and supervising kids aged 6-13 during a summer program. There, I helped create a fun and inclusive atmosphere, from organizing special events to making sure every child felt safe and supported.

Currently, I watch my 1-year-old niece Monday through Thursday, focusing on her academic development. Im proud to say shes already performing above average for her age, which reflects my commitment to helping children reach their full potential.

What sets me apart is my genuine love for children and my ability to connect with them on a personal level. I believe every child deserves a nurturing environment where they can learn, grow, and feel valued. Im dedicated to providing that space, whether its through engaging activities, educational support, or simply being a caring and reliable presence.
