Ive a BA honors degree, joint major in Geography and Sociology. I also earned a Higher Diploma in Social Policy and currently doing my Masters online in Education and Special Education at Touro University. Before moving to New York from Ireland over eight years ago I had a career as a social worker. I have eighteen plus years experience working with children, all in different environments and roles. These include elementary camp manager and creator, team coach, captain of the organization Best Buddies’, tutor for elementary students, sitter since I was fourteen (thats 20 years ago!!!) and full time nanny in New York since 2017. Im a natural communicator with an interactive, motivational and kind approach. Im a team player and always treat the children who are in my care as family. I love spending my time learning from children and viewing the world through their eyes. Im a ridiculously hard worker and dedicated to providing a caring, loving, engaging and safe environment for your family. I love to play sports, art and crafts and read. Working with my previous families I understand the high pace of New York living and feel Im a great addition to any family. I have an open schedule and I am free to be a sitter asap.
