Im a fairly recent grad who is currently is a Management role, my core skills are inherit in being organized and a leader. On my off days, I have been put in charge of younger family members ages ranging from 3 months- 12 years old and took care of them solo for up to a week at a time. Im a fairly new babysitter but would love the opportunity grow my experience!
