I want to say in advance, I am so excited to have the opportunity to work with you! I love working with children because of the joy they bring to the world, and I hope that my enthusiasm and empathy will bring our paths together! I am just moved home after being an au pair in Andaluscia, Spain since October and have been traveling for the past year working with children non-profits in both my home county of the United States, and Spain. I graduated in May of 2022 from American University in Washington, DC where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies complemented by a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. As a proud cum laude graduate, I obtained a Peace Corps Prep program certification which exposed me to various courses on peace and conflict, Middle Eastern studies, international communication, and positive change and social innovation. Primed to utilize my knowledge and skills on a global scale, I am poised to travel and explore the world, unencumbered by any personal responsibilities in the United States. Moreover, as borders gradually reopen post-COVID lockdowns, my passion for global exploration is more fueled than ever before.

As previously mentioned, I have gained extensive experience working with children of varying ages since my own childhood and I am CPR certified. I have been responsible for caring for children ranging from 19 months to 12 years of age during breaks from my university studies. Following my graduation, I took on a role working with teenagers in a pre-college summer program at Brown University, before relocating to California to serve as an outdoor education program coordinator for children aged 8-13 years old. Through my varied experiences, I have developed a deep appreciation for the unique needs of children and young adults, and I am confident in my ability to provide the highest quality care and support.
