Hello! My name is Kaya and I am a recent college graduate living in Ridgewood, New York. For the past year I worked in a K-12 centered science museum where I interacted with my community youth. My favorite part of this job was the amazing conversations I had with children about animals, space, the ocean and more. I love working with children because they have such a open mindset and are interesting in learning, and teaching others, about the world around them. I have a college degree in Wildlife Conservation and love going outside and exploring. Additionally, I have a background in ballet and modern dance, and have a strong appreciation for the arts and being creative. In addition to my years experience of working with children in a more formal setting like the science center, I also have babysat on and off since high school, and have experience with full time nanny care of 0-5 year-olds. I love learning, reading, doing arts and crafts, puzzles, dressing up, going on adventures, and having fun! I look forward to meeting you soon!
