Hello! I’m Allie, a vibrant 26-year-old moving to NYC this September. With over 6 years of childcare experience, I’ve had the joy of working with children of various ages in preschools, daycare centers, and through nanny/babysitting roles. Additionally, I have also volunteered with Big Brother Big Sister and after-school programs. In the past year, I have worked as a behavioral therapist with children aged 3-5 on the autism spectrum in both school and home environments. This experience has deepened my understanding of child development and behavior management techniques.

My certifications include CPR, first-aid, defiance & de-escalation, and safety care. My academic background includes a BS in health science, complemented by coursework in child development. I’m currently seeking both full-time and part-time positions and I’m comfortable working with children ages 2+, as well as multiples. Household chores and pet care are tasks I’m happy to assist with as well. When it comes to activities, I love engaging children in crafts, cooking, outdoor adventures, and educational activities. I always encourage lots of pretend and independent play as well!
