My name is Soph, and I am currently completing my MFA in acting. My availability for care extends from May 6th to August 9th, and while I am unable to offer flexibility beyond this due to my grad school contract, I am dedicated to providing exceptional care during this time frame.

Since the age of 13, I have been immersed in the world of childcare, starting from babysitting and tutoring to eventually working at summer camps. My background includes extensive babysitting experience, teaching ESL, as well as two years spent working at a summer camp, where I further developed my childcare skills. My experiences have shaped me into a compassionate and responsible caregiver, capable of fostering a nurturing environment for children to thrive. From an early age, I assumed caregiving responsibilities for infants and young children within my family. Presently, I occasionally babysit two toddlers, further honing my skills in childcare. My expertise encompasses a wide array of infant care routines, including diaper changing, bottle sterilization, feeding, burping, and more. I’d describe myself as extroverted, kind, reliable, and emotionally mature, I am committed to providing the highest level of care for your daughters. Additionally, I bring a range of household skills, including housekeeping, cooking, baking, and other domestic duties, cultivated from my upbringing in a Dominican household. I am CPR/first aid certified ensuring that I am fully equipped to handle any situation that may arise.

Outside of childcare, I enjoy indulging in various hobbies such as going to the movies, practicing yoga, and taking ballet classes. I am also an avid watercolor painter and jewelry maker.
