Im Eliana! I currently work at an afterschool program, I work with ages 3-12. I assist with homework for all ages. Along with that I configure a variety of activities with my kids as well as games. I also talk to parents about childrens behavior and express positive behavior that kids show as well. Im located in Rahway, and I am in school to get a degree in early childhood education. I dont mind driving or long hours. I have been driving for 2 years and I am an experienced and safe driver. I am reliable and flexible as well with my schedule. I am also great at any subject in school no matter what year. My love for kids is reciprocated with the respect I show and is given. I am highly favored by the children at my job due to my ability of understanding problems that they may face and I enjoy helping and guiding them through whatever challenges that they face.
