Hi there! I’m Sofia, a rising junior at George Washington University in DC, majoring in Human Services with a minor in Psychology. This summer, I’m back home and looking for a babysitting/nanny opportunity to put my love for working with children into action!

Through many of my experiences working with children, I find something so special about seeing the world through a child’s eyes. They have an unmatched sense of creativity and energy that can be so inspiring. My goal is always to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun!

Experience that sets me apart:

Community Outreach: I volunteer with Little Friends for Peace, and other non-profit organization where I develop programs and activities specifically for children in underprivileged communities. This experience has given me a deep understanding of children’s socio-emotional needs and the power of positive role models.
Camp Counselor: Last summer, I led a group of girls at a summer camp, planning activities, fostering teamwork, and ensuring their safety and well-being. I’m comfortable juggling multiple needs and creating engaging experiences for all ages.
CPR/First Aid Certified: I’m trained in CPR and first aid, which I hope gives you peace of mind:)
Creative & Resourceful: Whether it’s crafting, baking, or outdoor adventures, I’m full of ideas to keep your child entertained and engaged.
