I am a student at Monmouth University as a social work major! My career goal is to help as many children as I can. I have been in the nanny profession for three years now and have to thank this profession for the skill sets I will take into my career one day. Such as patience and compassion, were the two skills I used every day to build a bond with not only the child but the family as well. I have four years of experience caring for children ages newborn to 10 years old. Over these four years, I have helped with preparing and giving meals, administering over-the-counter medicine, doing housework, driving children to and from activities, teaching good manners, and bathing and dressing children. I can be adaptable and remain calm in difficult situations.
