I truly enjoy being a sitter because Ive always had a natural bond with children. Theres something incredibly fulfilling about being part of their growth : whether its hearing them laugh during a game, helping them feel better after a tough day, or watching their eyes light up when they learn something new. As someone who has moved away from home, being around children gives me a sense of warmth and purpose. It reminds me of caring for my little cousins and the joy those moments brought into my life. While Im new to formal child care in the U.S., Ive had meaningful experience babysitting my younger cousins back in India, including caring for infants and toddlers.
