-I love working with children because they are always eager to learn, which coincides with my passion for teaching. Its an incredibly fulfilling job to have a positive impact on a childs life, whether thats helping them form positive core memories, or teaching them a certain skill. Additionally, being a part of their growth and development is immensely rewarding; watching them learn, overcome challenges, and achieve milestones is a privilege. Their resilience and creativity inspire me to be more patient, understanding, and imaginative in my approach to teaching and caregiving.

-I have lots of experience with kids, as I used to babysit kids of family friends whenever they needed me. Im also currently a swim instructor at Goldfish Swim School, where I have been working there since May of 2023. At my job, I work with kids ranging from 4 months old, up to 12 years old, so I have experience with several age groups of children. I also work with children on the spectrum at my job, so I am able to tend to them and create a nurturing and fulfilling environment for them as well. I get to celebrate kids accomplishments whenever they learn a new skill, or move up to a higher level, as well as I get to help guide them if theyre stuck on grasping a certain skill. I also work with and communicate with parents by giving them feedback on how their kids performed during their lesson, what they succeeded at, and what they may need to work on to help them move up to a higher level.

-I have several characteristics that I think set me apart from other babysitters. I am able to help with homework, as I am an A student that is proficient in English, Spanish and History, and Im currently working to get my bachelors in psychology at St. Johns University. I consider myself as someone who is very creative; I love doing arts and crafts. I have a passion for music, so if your kids are musically inclined, I can help teach piano, violin, and clarinet, as I have several years of experience with playing all three instruments. I love planning out activities to ensure a fun-filled day. Im able to take care of kids/pets while also helping to clean up around the house wherever its needed. I have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality, and I make it my mission to put a smile on everyones faces.
