Always be attentive and present, which means limiting distractions like my phone. Being creative with activities, whether it’s crafting, playing games, or reading stories. Lastly, clear communication with parents about their expectations and the kids’ routines will make everything smoother. I love working with kids because I love watching them grow into their best version with new role models!
