I have experience as a camp counselor for five wonderful years and a caring babysitter for a special needs child particularly with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at level 3. My time as a camp counselor has given me the skills to organize fun activities and create a positive atmosphere for kids. As a caregiver for special needs children, I’ve become adept at handling challenging situations, including deescalating tantrums with a friendly and positive approach. I truly enjoy finding creative ways to engage with children, and my experience has taught me the importance of patience and empathy in every situation. I’m confident that my ability to turn challenging moments into positive ones will make me a fantastic babysitter, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for children in need of care. I am available for children with non special needs and special needs alike. I happily willing to help with homework/school projects, tutor, ensure child has eaten (make meals if necessary), provide fun activities to take part in, take care of animals, etc.
