As an Aunt to three beautiful kids under the age of 3, I strongly believe in creating a warm and playful space for kids to explore, imagine, and be free starting at a newborn age and onwards. I am a singer, so joyful music is always playing in the room! A child’s way of thinking is sacred and I love to engage and play with them. While also being the goofiest lady who can make them laugh at any moment. So much so that I’ve been nicknamed “the baby comedian” by some of my most loved families! In addition, I’ve also spent the last two and a half years working as a Substitute Teacher in public schools. With experience in the Kindergarten classroom all through High School, teaching 4th – 6th graders was my specialty. I found that when I spoke to students as humans and got down on their level rather than maintaining a strong distance as an authority, more mutual respect was established. These kids wanted to listen because I knew to make the effort and listen to them! I also have a 14-year-old sister, so I understand how difficult that age and that transitional period of life can be mentally, emotionally, and physically. I want to help ease those stressors in every way I can. Kids are humans just like adults, and their words and thoughts have value. We can learn so much from children and that’s one of the many reasons why I love working with them. I bring love, light, and laughter into every workspace, and that is exactly how I will treat your kids – with love!
