Hi! My name is Madeleine, and Im currently a lead preschool teacher in Manhattan.
I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology and double minored in Education and Visual Arts and am currently pursuing my Masters in Early Childhood Education.
I have worked in childcare and education for the past 8 years, and have loved every moment of it!
I am originally from Chicago, where I began babysitting and nannying while I was in high school. I worked as an art teacher for six years, leading workshops and summer camps for students ages 4-12, and love an opportunity to spark childrens creativity and imagination!
I moved to Los Angeles for college where I continued to nanny and babysit for children ages 2 months-10 years, led a community art course for middle schoolers, and tutored high schoolers!
I moved to New York after graduating college and began teaching preschool in Washington Heights, and have been working in this position for two years.
I love being creative and spending time outdoors and exploring the city!
